CAMARON A LA MEXICANA
Shrimp cooked in a mildly seasoned Casa del Rio sauce, made with onion, cilantro, and tomato. Served with rice and ensalada de Nopales (cactus salad).

SHRIMP BURRITO
One large flour tortilla stuffed with lettuce, tomato, poblano pepper, and seasoned shrimp. This is topped with Monterrey Jack cheese and served with rice and beans.

SALMON CON TOMATE
Grilled salmon topped with diced tomato, onion, garlic and cilantro. Served with a side of rice. Tortillas optional

ZUCCHINI WITH PORK
Pieces of pork with sliced zucchini served in a delicious red sauce. Side of rice and beans. Tortillas Optional

FAJITA QUESADILLAS
